Your pettiskirt is custom made for you; thus there are no returns or exchanges except in the case of defect. Please contact us for a return authorization should this be the case. Please refer to the sizing chart for accurate measurements. Pettiskirts are crafted with an adjustable waist band which can cover three sizes (except newborn skirts).

Tops are available separately. Rachel on the Flower pettiskirts and dresses ship within 2 weeks. Rush delivery will guarantee shipment within 3 days (regular shipping fees still apply).  Please be aware that overnight shipping is not available.
