Regarding returns & exchanges:

Many Three Little Ziglets items are hand painted and will have slight variations in color and/or patterns.  We make every effort to keep our images as accurate as possible.  However, paint colors and fabrics may appear different on your computer screen.  We strongly encourage you to request a swatch card to confirm the paint and fabric selections. Most of our items are made to order and thus cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our merchandise is packed with care and shipped via UPS.   In the rare case that something is damaged during shipping, please contact us to determine if repair or replacement is appropriate.  Some products will require assembly.  All items include directions, tools, and the necessary hardware to complete assembly.
