Most orders will ship directly from the designer or manufacturer. Please refer to the product listing for estimates on delivery times. Many of our items are custom made and require additional time for production. Customers are notified if an item is on back order.

International Shipping Now Available! We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers. Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once a customer is issued a US address, the customer will be able to make purchases with our store as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives the purchases and logs them into their online system where a customer can consolidate their orders for the most cost effective shipping. This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates. Returns and Exchanges
Customers who return or exchange merchandise due to manufacturer defect will receive a credit for the cost of shipping and will not be charged additional shipping for the exchange. This policy does not include items that are returned due to incorrect sizing or color variations. We provide sizing guides to assist customers in selecting the appropriate sizes and are always happy to provide garment measurements if requested.
Returned items require authorization and are subject to inspection. Items must be unworn or unused and all tags attached with original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.). Please package items carefully as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged in transit. We reserve the right to refuse items if returned in condition other than that outlined. Returns on non-defective goods may be subject to restocking fees. In the case of exchanges, re-shipping charges will be billed to the original payment method on file.
Delivery times for custom or handmade furnishings and decor may vary considerably. If concerned, please contact us for estimated ship dates for these items. Shipping times for items shipped directly from the manufacturer are estimated and usually outlined within the product description. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are exempt from our shipping policies and will be subject to the policies of the manufacturer.
