We have provided some general sizing guidelines for your use. When available we provide designer or manufacturer size ranges. In absence of this information, please keep in mind that sizes sometimes run small or large depending on the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee fit and suggest that you use height and weight as your guide or order the next size larger if you have any doubts. If you would like specific measurements feel free to contact us and we will make every effort to help you order the proper fit.
For the continued enjoyment of your items please read the washing instructions carefully. Many boutique items are made of fragile materials that require special handling in order to maintain their fit and appearance.
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via our secure server. We also accept secure payments via Google Checkout. For your convenience we also have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card or account for online ordering. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. You do NOT have to set up a Paypal account in order to take advantage of the benefits of using Paypal. There is no cost to use Paypal.
If you prefer to place your order over the phone, simply call us toll-free during business hours at 334-703-6960. If you would prefer to mail in your payment, we will gladly accept money orders. Please note: Items will not be removed from inventory or shipped until your money order is received and cleared. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order please contact us. Please be aware that due to the custom nature of our inventory, orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled after three hours.
Promotions, giveaways, and gift certificates are often orchestrated with the use of temporary discount codes for the purpose of promoting a brand, event, or other activity. Discount codes cannot be applied toward past purchases, combined, or transferred. Discount codes cannot be applied toward or combined with cash-back purchases. It is often possible that a promotion will not fully disclose these limitations, or others, due to advertising protocols or restrictions beyond our control. Thus, for our protection we reserve the right to stipulate the application or deny the use of any discount code or payment of commission. Discount codes , commissions and gift certificates cannot be applied toward shipping fees.
Discounts, promotional sales, commissions and vouchers cannot be applied toward the purchase of any Lea Industries furnishings.
No sales tax is charged except for orders originating in the state of Alabama. We are required to charge 8% sales tax for items shipped to Alabama.
On the rare occasion that an item is not available due to back orders, discontinuation, design changes, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly notify you to discuss your preferences before processing your order. If you wish to proceed with a back ordered item; please confirm your preference with us immediately upon receiving your order status notification. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will assume you wished to cancel the back ordered item and will process a credit to your account for the amount of that item. Please be aware it may take 3-5 business days for this credit to be reflected on your account statement depending on your bank or credit issuer's policies. If you have multiple items in your order; all other items in your order will ship as normally scheduled.
Again, due to the specialized nature of our inventory; all payments are processed immediately, including back orders. We will attempt to contact you to verify whether you would like to hold your order for future shipping. However, if we do not receive a confirmation that you wish to continue with a back order; your back ordered item will be canceled and a credit issued for this item. Back orders cannot be canceled once we receive confirmation.
All items are guaranteed to be as pictured and as described. Returns are accepted and refunds gladly given within 14 days of customer receipt. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturers policies. Holiday, swimwear, undergarments, sale items, pre-orders, custom orders, and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event of a manufacturer defect, please notify our store immediately so that we may assist you in exchanging the item.
Returned items require authorization and are subject to inspection. Items must be unworn or unused and all tags attached with original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.). Please package items carefully as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged in transit. We reserve the right to refuse items if returned in condition other than that outlined. Returns on non-defective goods may be subject to restocking fees. In the case of exchanges, re-shipping charges will be billed to the original payment method on file.
Exchanges are processed within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). If the item you have requested for your exchange is no longer available, a credit will be issued to the original payment method on file. Refunds can only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. We will process all returns and credits within 14 days of receipt of goods, less original shipping fees. Please note that it can take up to 60 days for a credit to actually appear on your credit card statement.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you purchased or received an item that was shipped free of charge this amount will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Purchases may be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CT.
